Your service was an answer to prayer. We should have been referred 3 months earlier when diagnosis was made. Poor communication in NHS acute care.

Could not fault the continuous care my friend received during his last few months of life. The nurses were very friendly and sympathetic to our needs. They deserve all the credit they are owed. A big thank you from the family.
